Woven patches are a type of patches created using a specialized weaving process. They are made by weaving threads together to create a design, which is then backed with a layer of fabric. Thinner thread enables a tighter weave to reproduce fine detail and small lettering, closer in appearance to printing. Woven patches are lightweight and excellent options for decorating hats, bags, uniforms & other garments, whereas traditional embroidery options are limited. Patch pricing includes a custom shape design and up to 5 thread colors. Standard merrowed border and heat seal backing included standard. Other edge and patch backing options are also available. Intricate shapes, or sizes over 3", quoted upon request. Woven garment labels are also available.
